The growth of the Church in China over the past 30 years must rate as significant alongside some of the other great accounts of Church growth in Christian history. Sadly, there is much misunderstanding by Christians outside of China as to the needs and reality of the Church in China. The purpose of the pastors' team is to provide an opportunity for Church leaders from around the world to experience first hand the amazing work that God is doing and to become aware of some of the opportunities that exist to support the Church in China.

The Lord said to Moses, “Send some men to explore the land of Canann, which I am giving to the Isaelites. From each ancestral tribe send one of its leaders.” (Numbers 13:1-2)
The team will travel quite extensively throughout China over 10 days. Beginning in Hong Kong with a day of orientation, they will then fly into central China and travel by train and bus into some of the remote regions of China where tourists seldom travel. The standard of accommodation will range from basic in the remote isolated areas to very comfortable in the major cities.
This is a unique opportunity for Senior Pastors, Missions Pastors and senior leadership of churches to come and experience the reality of the situation in China, to pray for and meet with some of the Chinese church leaders.
"This has been a deeply confronting and challenging journey. My heart has been enlarged by the experience and I pray that this will remain with me and lead to further involvement." (Pastor from Australia)
"I know what we have done in calling upon the Lord and the heavenly hosts in all those dark places is incredibly powerful beyond my imagination." (Pastor from UK)
"This time of going and seeing all that God is doing in China has deeply challenged me to do more to support missions in every way possible. I believe so much more can be done and needs to be done. I have purposed in my heart to challenge people and churches to get behind missions and support God's work." (Pastor from USA)
"My time on the team has been very special. The worship and intercession times have been uplifting and inspiring. The practical insights into how to reach unreached people groups have been a blessing. It has made me want to go home and make world missions a higher priority, and challenge young people with the Great Commission in the power of the Holy Spirit. As someone who was feeling the effects of ministry burnout, my time has been one of focusing on the priorities Jesus gave us. It has been a privilege to have been on the team. God has been good, the unity and the fellowship wonderful." (Pastor from Scotland)
"The visit to China must rank as one of the most life impacting events of my time on this planet. There was the schoolboy wonder of being in a country of 1.3 billion people and knowing that God has a special program under way in this great land. And of course there were the unmistakable and breathtaking ‘divine appointments' or ‘Book of Acts style angelic visitation' that we all wish were part of everyday life here in the West." (Pastor from Australia)
