Thank You!

Thank you so much to all who have supported our literature ministry through prayer and finance! We would like to take this opportunity to share with you some of the many letters we have received from China - some from those who have already received the materials you helped to provide and some who are asking us for more. The need remains - and we press on to respond to these new requests.

"We thank God for preparing so many and such good books for us. We pray that all the people who have made this effort will be blessed by the Lord. We thank you from our hearts for your love, faith and donations, which come from Jesus Christ. We would like to sincerely say ‘thank you' to you all. I love these books. I feel that they are God's gift to us and they allow us to know Him deeper and wider." - From Brother S in Beijing

"We thank God for bringing us the books. We distributed them within our church and spread them widely. Although there was a large amount of books this time, it still wasn't enough for us. "Most of the churches in Xinjiang are small and have limited influence. We need high quality preaching and spiritual books. Books to build a deeper life will change the quality of the church here and simple explanations of the Gospel will prepare people's hearts." - Letter from Urumqi, north-western Xinjiang province

"We have brothers and sisters who came from different minorities of China. They are being equipped for mission. We can take books to the minority areas. We need a lot of books about the gospel, mission history, and stories and testimonies." - Letter from a Bible school in Lanzhou, Gansu province

We are so grateful to the Lord that we can bless the believers in this way and we are also challenged to press on with this vital part of AM-CCSM's ministry. This year we are once again looking to provide one million Christian teaching books to our brothers and sisters in China.

We thank God for all those who stand with us to help provide these much-needed Christian teaching materials for the Chinese Church - for supporters in many countries around the world, as well as for the translators, editors, printers and distributors who each play their own part in this vital ministry.

Pray for the many believers, particularly in the more rural and remote areas of China who have little or no access to Christian teaching materials. Pray that the door would open to enable each one to receive materials to help them grow in their faith.

Pray for churches and Bible training schools in China that feel unable to respond effectively to the believers' needs. Pray that their pleas for help might be answered.

Lift up AM-CCSM's literature ministry. Pray for provision to enable us to meet our target of another one million books in 2012. Pray for protection of all involved in this work and for the safe delivery of all the materials.
